Love film are excellent. They get the dvds out to you so quickly. I've been quite amazed by their service. Pretty much a day or two after I've put the old dvd in the post a new one turns up. I am a current customer for Lovefilm, and was approached in my local shires. When they came, as you do, you think oh god, please go away. But they had a soft approach and explained things in ways i didnt feel pressured. Me and my partner now pay £14 a month on unlimted films and xbox games! Its fantastic! No more buying DVDS watching them once then leaving them in the cupboard or atticc to collect dust. We send them off, and withing 3 days our other films come. Easy to join but not so easy to cancel membership, i found that even though i was on a two week free trial that they tried to take 12.99 from my aacount before the free trial was up so i wont be using them again!
